Find the actual cause
Cooling and heating
RTU troubleshooting
Across the Phoenix Valley
When a commercial heating or cooling system stops working properly, the first step is finding the actual cause. Amigos Air Cooling and Heating is based in Glendale, Arizona, and provides commercial HVAC repair throughout Glendale, Phoenix, Avondale, Goodyear and the Phoenix Valley.
We diagnose commercial HVAC equipment, identify the source of the failure and explain your repair options before recommending work. Whether your property has a rooftop unit, commercial air conditioner, heat pump or heating system, our goal is reliable operation without unnecessary repairs or premature replacement.
Some problems develop gradually; others shut down the system without warning. Our technicians inspect and test the equipment before recommending a repair.
A symptom alone does not establish which component has failed. We trace the problem before replacing parts.
Poor cooling does not automatically mean the compressor has failed. Airflow, electrical controls, refrigerant performance, motors and thermostats can produce similar symptoms.
We inspect equipment condition, check electrical components, test operation, evaluate airflow and controls, and measure system performance. Once we identify the issue, we explain what we found and recommend the appropriate repair.
That diagnostic-first approach helps business owners avoid unnecessary parts replacement and make informed equipment decisions.
We investigate inadequate cooling, electrical failures, airflow issues, failed components and shutdowns. After the repair, we test equipment operation.
We evaluate rooftop equipment, identify failed or underperforming components and help you decide whether the unit can be repaired reliably.
We troubleshoot commercial heating and heat pump systems with inconsistent operation, insufficient heat and electrical or mechanical problems.
Rooftop HVAC systems combine heating and cooling equipment in a compact unit. We inspect the system and determine whether the issue can be corrected reliably.
If an aging unit has significant mechanical problems, we also help you compare continued repair with commercial HVAC replacement.
Not every HVAC problem requires replacement. A repair may be the better option when the system is otherwise in reasonable condition and can be restored reliably.
For repeated failures, an expensive major repair, poor efficiency or equipment nearing the end of its service life, replacement may deserve consideration.
